Initiate a Return Request

Receive RMA Authorization
Our technical support team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
